Cancellation and refunds
Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA
This policy explains how to cancel, your statutory rights under UK distance-selling and consumer law, and how refunds work.
01Your right to cancel
Because the consultation is bought at a distance, UK consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you buy, during which you can cancel for any reason and receive a refund.
If your consultation is scheduled inside that 14-day window, you are asking me to begin the service early. If you then cancel, you may be charged a fair amount for what has already been provided. In practice: cancel before your consultation takes place and you get a full refund; cancel after the consultation but before your plan is delivered and I retain a fair amount for the consultation itself.
Once your written plan has been delivered to you with your agreement inside the cooling-off period, the service is fully performed and the right to cancel is lost. This is the standard position under UK consumer law and I will tell you so before you receive it.
02There is nothing to cancel
The consultation is a single one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no membership, and no automatic renewal, so there is no recurring payment to stop. Your card will never be charged again unless you actively buy something else.
03Rescheduling and missed consultations
If you need to move your consultation, tell me as far in advance as you can and I will rebook you at no charge.
If you do not attend and do not tell me beforehand, I may treat the consultation as delivered. Get in touch if something went wrong and I will be reasonable about it.
04Refunds
Where a refund is due, I process it to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing the amount. Card refunds are returned through SumUp to the card you paid with, and their processing time may add a short delay on top.
Your written training plan is a digital item made specifically for you. Once it has been delivered with your agreement, it is generally non-refundable, as allowed under UK consumer law.
05If something goes wrong
If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction under UK consumer law. Tell me as soon as possible and I will put it right.
